There were two office locations. Patients were seen at the Prescott Office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning, Thursday, and Friday morning.
We saw patients in the Prescott Valley Office on Wednesday afternoon.
Office hours were 8-4, Monday to Thursday, and 8-12 on Friday. The office was closed from 12-1 for lunch.
